Hyrox Workout schedule
Most athletes train 3 to 5 times per week. A simple layout looks like this:
Day 1 Run intervals
Day 2 Station skills and strength
Day 3 Mixed session
Day 4 Longer run or steady engine
Day 5 Race simulation (optional)
