Hyrox Workout schedule

Most athletes train 3 to 5 times per week. A simple layout looks like this:

  • Day 1 Run intervals

  • Day 2 Station skills and strength

  • Day 3 Mixed session

  • Day 4 Longer run or steady engine

  • Day 5 Race simulation (optional)

Keep the volume realistic. Consistency beats intensity.
