Here is a full overview of the HYROX pro weights for every division and station. These are the official standards used at events around the world.
Everyone covers the same running distance, the only difference is the weight.

HYROX PRO Sled Push weight
The HYROX sled push is a key strength element. You drive the sled for 50 meters split into two 25 meter lengths, with the load depending on your division.
Pro Women: 100 kg
Pro Men: 150 kg
HYROX PRO Sled Pull weight
The HYROX sled pull uses the same sled as the push, but this time you pull it for 50 meters split into two 25 meter sections using mainly your arms and back.
The load is a bit lighter than in the sled push.
Pro Women: 50 kg
Pro Men: 100 kg
Train with heavy rope pulls and seated row variations.
Farmers Carry HYROX PRO weights
You carry two kettlebells or dumbbells for 200 meters.
Core stability and grip strength matter most in the HYROX farmers carry.
Pro Women: 2 × 24 kg
Pro Men: 2 × 32 kg
HYROX Lunge weight
The 100 meter HYROX lunge with a sandbag on your back challenges your legs and concentration, especially late in the race.
Pro Women: 20 kg
Pro Men: 30 kg
HYROX Wall Ball weight
The race finishes with HYROX wall balls where you squat and throw to a target.
Your weight and rep count depend on your division.
Pro Women: 100 reps with 6 kg to a 2.70 m target
Pro Men: 100 reps with 9 kg to a 3 m target
