Here’s a complete table of all HYROX men weights. These are the official weights used in HYROX events worldwide.
All stations have to run the same distance, only the weights change.

HYROX Sled Push weight men
The HYROX sled push is a major strength test. These are the men weights:
Open Men: 100 kg
Pro Men: 150 kg
HYROX Sled Pull weight men
The HYROX sled pull comes directly after the sled push station.
The weights are slightly lower than the sled push.
Open Men: 50 kg
Pro Men: 100 kg
Farmers Carry HYROX weights men
Carry two HYROX farmers carry over a 200 meter course.
Open Men: 2 × 24 kg
Pro Men: 2 × 32 kg
HYROX Lunge weight men
HYROX lunges over 100m:
Open Men: 20 kg
Pro Men: 30 kg
HYROX Wall Ball weight men
End the race at HYROX wall ball station.
Open Men: 100 reps with 6 kg to a 3 m target
Pro Men: 100 reps with 9 kg to a 3 m target
