This is a simple HYROX workout week you can start with. It balances running and station work.

Hyrox Workout - running Plan
50% of a HYROX consists in running. Our training plan will support you in getting ready:
Day 1 Strength - upper body
Day 2 Running - hil sprints
Day 3 Strength - legs + bike
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Running - intervals
Day 6 Strength - legs + row
Day 7 Long run
