Practice skierg & rowing
Pace Club's unique setup makes it possible for you to practice SkiErg and Rowing without interruption.
Both stations are set to 1,000 m intervals, so you can improve your time every time you train.
Train Sled push & pull
Choose one of six sled lanes and train for the 50m push and pull you'll face in the HYROX competition.
Master Farmers, Burpees & Lunges
Train the three most technical HYROX movements:
burpee broad jumps (80m),
farmer’s carry (200m),
and sandbag lunges (100m).
Use our dedicated setup to refine your form, build efficiency, and save time where it counts.
final station - wall balls
Train one of the toughest HYROX stations.
At Pace Club, use the official Centr wall balls and compete against the real target height.
Your goal: 100 hits per session.
